I did research into the engineering, perfomance and multifarious applications of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and how it can revolutionize construction globally 9. I took the initiative to interface with other departments and understand how each units/team integrate and share resources to achieve the end goal of engineering a satisfactory product for the clients and end users of Katerra products. 10. I interacted with the subcontractors and try to learn how to communicate in their language (Spanish). This created some sort of bond and free flow of information sharing to help drive the success of projects.11. I was involved in cleaning of a project site.12. I was able to carry out spatial analysis of project sites and discover how to maintain excellent workflow, ergonomics, safety and applying the principles and methodologies of lean construction. 13.
