As the driving force behind the organisation, I recruited and managed a team of dedicated coaches to deliver high-quality sessions tailored to a diverse group of participants, including both male and female players aged 16+ to 50+.Under my leadership, Oxfordshire Kickabout hosts weekly football sessions across five nights a week, promoting physical fitness and fostering community engagement. I oversee all operational aspects, including financial management, safeguarding, health and safety, and ensuring compliance with FA regulations. My commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by my FA coaching qualifications and completion of key courses in Safeguarding Children, Safeguarding for All, and First Aid in Football.Through Oxfordshire Kickabout, I have created a significant community asset that enhances social cohesion and provides a welcoming platform for residents to connect, stay active, and enjoy the game.
