      I did participate strongly the launch of company’s new internal Marketing Research unit. My work tasks did consist of coordinating the operational daily tasks, process development, creating reports and creating content for new Executive Trend Survey research (comprehensive online survey). I was also in a Matrix role to support the expansion of Executive trend survey to other Countries.Achievements / Highlights: There was started a new internal marketing research unit within the company and created a new digital Executive Trend Survey questionnaire in order to collect the quantitative data about current/upcoming investments and trends. For content creation of the Executive Trend Survey there was combined all the separate questionaires of all individual events and created one comprehensive, holistic questionnaire. We collected all the needed information to be used as basis for planning all of the events. The new Survey was planned, created and launched to cover multiple international markets within the company.Results: The new executive trend survey was implemented succesfully to several markets. A lot of information was gathered via the survey and based on the information was created new insights and reports. Show less I was responsible of management and supervision of Project Manager team. Team was responsible of creating corporate events for CXO-level decision makers of Finnish TOP500 companies. I did also work as a Project Manager for creating invitation only events and conferences and activily meeting decision makers from different functions and industries. I was in a Matrix role to support the launch of conference product/concept for new Countries (Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden)Achievements:1. Leading successfully the Finnish Project Manager team for producing invitation only events for TOP500 companies decision makers (600Minutes, IndustryForums and Conferences)2. Producing annually several high-quality events attracting top level decision makers as delegates. Working as a Project Manager and meeting and creating the events together with top decision makers. Themes of the events varied from different business and IT topics to e.g. marketing, finance, HR and supply chain management.       Team Leader of Big Data and Business Development team in Lippupiste (subsidiary of CTS Eventim, DE). My team’s responsibility areas were customer data management, customer insight, project portfolio management and leading demanding business development projects (e.g. GDPR project and multichannel campaign reporting). My team was also responsible of reporting and analytics development. I worked in matrix roles as a main contact with HQ (Germany) regarding e-commerce, marketing automation (Dynacampaign /Dymatrix) and Information science development. I was also responsible of Lippupiste’s corporate partnerships (Finnair, Stockmann, Veikkaus, VR)Achievements: 1. Leading GDPR project in Finland in close cooperation with HQ (Germany) and lawyers: The project was finalized and completed on time even the schedule of the project was really tight. There was a lot of process description and development, system development and documentation work. In addition it was held regular training and status meetings with personnel regarding the project development.2. Creating multichannel campaign reporting solution (Microstrategy) covering several data sources. The solution was able to show and report directly to advertisers all their own campaign results (views, clicks and most importantly sales per channel/campaign) from multiple digital marketing campaigns and count also the offline channels (outlets) sales results.3. Setting up and implementing the new Business Intelligence solution in use (Microstrategy) in Finland to different functions (sales, service etc.) by data scientist in my team.4. Implementation of datadriven marketing and targeting solution: Setting up and piloting a DMP platform to be used for targeting digital and programmatic marketing campaigns.5. Working in matrix roles as a main contact with HQ (Germany) regarding e-commerce, marketing automation and Information science development (BI). We piloted and implement Sizmek (Rocketfuel) and Google’s Doubleclick programmatic advertising tools to be used inhouse by company's marketing team. My role was working as a development manager role in implementing the new tools together with local teams and vendors. The tools were implemented succesfully and the company's Inhouse digital agency was able to utilize the new tools for the marketing campaigns. We saw soon results and how new tools were able to boost the events ticket sales.2. Lippu.fi -webshop customer experience development together with team (personalization, recommendations, improving customer communication in purchase process contact points etc.) Boosting customer satisfaction. Personal recommendations brought great results. 3. E-commerce channel share increase: Share of webshop sales/ e-commerce sales out of total sales increased steadily all the time.4. There was implemented a new multichannel marketing automation solution (Dynacampaign) covering e-commerce and e-mail marketing channels and activities. We created several service e-mails within MA solution and implemented personal recommendations used both in webshop and e-mail communications e.g. newsletters. My role was working as a project manager and local country product manager while implementing the new marketing automation solution and creating and monitoring the business case.The new MA solution was implemented successfully and we achieved great results increasing clearly the ticket sales.The 121-personal recommendations at the webshop were displayed based on users profiles and behaviour. The recommendations were utilized at different parts on customer's journey. In a similar way the recommendations were used in multiple e-mail campaigns boosting the upsales and cross-sales of tickets. 2. There was implemented a new lippu.fi gift voucher for boosting the ticket sales in webshop. My role was working as a project manager in implementing the product together with local teams and HQ.The new voucher was introduced before the Christmas as planned. We did create new marketing programs together with corporate partners Finnair and Veikkaus. I was also responsible of developing Lippupiste media and marketing solutions to our sales team and clients.Achievements /Highlights: 1. There was started new partnerships/cooperation's with two Lippupiste's corporate partners, Finnair and Veikkaus.The goals of the partnerships were e.g. improving the ticket sales by growing the audiences/reach with new marketing and sales channels via marketing programs. We developed new marketing programs and concepts and embedded special views to the lippu.fi webshop to Finnair’s and Veikkaus loyalty programs websites. There was offered special offers and discounted tickets for the members of the loyalty programs. In Finnair's partnership it was also made possible to buy the tickets by using Finnair Plus points as a payment method.There was a clear interest from corporate partners loyal customers towards the special ticket offers available only for them.
