  In projects, I led the redesign of a key manufacturing process for the RSA R5 coin, collaborating with engineering divisions to execute the CAD-based design, developed inventory cards to improve shop floor understanding of 5’S and world-class manufacturing, and created packaging specifications for 40 packaging materials. In work study, I conducted time studies, documented OEE% performance, developed standard operating procedures for an automated packing line, and performed activity sampling for Coining Press Setters.
