  At Islamabad International Airport, I played a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining the Baggage Handling System (BHS). I managed operations across multiple shifts, provided technical guidance to field staff, and oversaw essential equipment such as PLCs, SCADA systems, and network components. I successfully programmed Siemens PLCs to enhance system performance and reliability. My responsibilities included maintaining the functionality of integrated systems, such as baggage scanners, fire alarm systems, and airport IT/OT networks. Additionally, I developed comprehensive operation manuals and SOPs, trained new employees on system operation and maintenance, and coordinated with vendors to optimize parts procurement, ensuring the timely and cost-effective availability of critical spare parts.
