I lead a staff of 20 charged with exceeding member’s expectations in the area of energy use, conservation, education, billing questions, collections and transfer of service. I share my 39 years of progressive experience working for electric utilities by serving on various industry groups including chair of the Energy Innovations, Member Advisory Group for the Cooperative Research Network, as well as several technical working groups for the Minnesota Division of Energy Resources. I am a Certified Energy Manager and earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Show less
