PROJECT MANAGER / GOLISANO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL• $144 million, 293,000-SF project, construction of a new high tech seven-story patient tower and 74,055-SF of renovations to the existing facility. SUPERINTENDENT / 101 SEAPORT OFFICE BUILDING• $160 million, 595,000-SF seventeen-story office building with ground floor retail and a two story below grade parking garage.
