  I started as a hand and worked my way up to a welding position. I learned how to read blue prints, fit round steel, and install valves. I also operated equipment and learned how to rig steel that was being hung. There is a lot more to building tanks than most people think. I had a lot of fun and would still be doing it if the company I worked for didn't sell out its tank division.
