      Deslea had day-to-day carriage and strategic leadership over the delivery of the administration of PSSap, providing superannuation services for over 125,000 Australian public servants. She delivered strategic contract governance and the delivery of effective outsourced activities, as well as operational management of some residual functions. She delivered an increase in annualised SLA performance from 62% on commencement, to 82% one year later, to over 99% on her departure, across a portfolio of 98 service standards. She also served on the ComSuper Mental Health Advisory Committee and the ComSuper Change Advisory Board, as well as the ACT Committee of Women in Super.
