King JR May 2015 This letter was written by the Sheriff in recognition for dealing with avolatile/mentally ill inmate in the maximum-security unit. Due to my interpersonalskills and building rapport with the inmate, I was able to assist him in completing hisdaily functions, which was not achieved since his incarceration date.
