  Student Engagement Systems and Data ManagerAs Student Engagement Systems and Data Manager, I work as a systems and data specialist for the Student Engagement Team and the wider Student Services directorate. I support the Head of Student Engagement, the Student Engagement Team and wider Student Services Leadership team to deliver their requirements for a sector leading Student Engagement Service.I support the Head of Student Engagement and Information Technology & Digital (IT&D) Team to design and deliver highly effective systems and technical solutions to enhance student engagement processes that swiftly identify students at risk.Act as the main point of contact for IT&D colleagues and, on request, with external providers for student engagement systems, I ensure there is a joined-up, future-focussed approach and alignment with the wider IT systems and developments.According to direction, I develop and deliver approaches to insight reporting that enhance targeted university support for students at risk and enable the university to measure student engagement metrics against key performance indicators.I support the Head of Student Engagement and IT&D to design and deliver a highly effective personal tutor allocation model.I work closely with IT&D and the Student Services Leadership team to contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to unify student services record systems.I manage projects to support Student Service’s developments and student engagement requirements, in line with strategic priorities and direction from Senior Leaders within Student Services.I work closely with colleagues and stakeholders within Student Engagement to ensure knowledge and information is shared, documented based on stakeholder needs, and mitigates against single points of failure.
