  Since starting at Anglo American in 2011, I have been part of the global Operational Information Delivery programme – entered as the programme administrator, then in charge of communications for both the OID programme and the Resource to Market (R2M) programme run by the Asset Optimisation division. Now owning a stream in OID in a Business Relationship Manager capacity in getting De Beers on board, as well as Kumba Iron Ore.Recent OID projects include: Site and business unit operational reporting through a site-based operational datastore for Venetia, Kimberley and Voorspoed mines in De Beers South Africa. Business unit reporting for Victor and Snap Lake mines in De Beers Canada. Additionally, part of the Business Process Framework pilot implementation team at Sishen mine, supporting the programme as stream lead for the information delivery and data quality and management side, as well as acting as a solutions specialist for Kumba in the Mine Technical Systems department.Additionally, I played a strong role in guiding the information management team in the BPF roll out at Minas Rio Iron Ore mine in Brazil.
