   Taking care of end to end activities starting from Category assessment of parts, Vendor selection, RFQ management, negotiation & contracting, bidding and auction, Procurement of Electronics & Electrical components for both Sustaining projects, Mass production & SMI/CRP projects Shipment clearance, INCOTERMS negotiation & Import documents handling Focus on ECN or ECO and material assessment Working on supplier forecast and contract report. Handling NPI RFQs, Sourcing the samples on high value parts for NPI built Handling a Team of 07 buyers, Train & assist them in-terms of following Team Metrics, Covering Shortages at Factory, Confirming the PO’s within turn around, AP issues, Receiving and Rejection issues. Conduct Action to negotiate the contract terms between the supplier and the consumers. Conducts open bidding to get the needed components sourced. Sourcing Electronic Components and negotiating prices & payment terms for new projects to Orders. Taking ownership on to rectify the supply chain issues (Quality issues in materials, Supplier payment issues, Price increase, pull in & push outs of purchase orders as per production plan). Identifying & developing new Vendors for Cost saving & Supply stream line activities.  Identification on new vendors for SMI/CRP program to have the continuous support on materials. Coordinating with vendors to honor thereby ensuring regular supply of goods, responsible for on time delivery of the finished assembly to the customer. Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products Managing excess and aging stock Conducts supplier rating for validating the supplier performance Involved in LT reduction activity Conducts quarterly Item Validation to validate the parts in the system Increasing the penetration on SMI/CRP suppliers for continuous business flow.
