  I was the lead manufacturing engineer for several processes which produce very high purity products for the electronics and specialty chemicals industries. I communicated priorities daily with my process operators to ensure alignment with production and safety goals. I really enjoy finding ways to make operations and processes more efficient and being in manufacturing enables me to see results quickly. I've had a lot of success as a creative problem-solver throughout my career. While I was a Process Engineer at Dow Corning I led the manufacturing scale-up of four new cosmetic products and acted as the bridge between development and manufacturing. I completed environmental, health, and safety reviews; ensured that proper change management was followed; and trained process operators. In this role, I got to lead a debottlenecking analysis which led to my next job in manufacturing where I have been able to implement some of the solutions we discovered. High volume production of ultra-high purity material. Helped develop an automated inventory tracking system for our material. Designed capital to optimize the processes. Trained operators and developed newer engineers. Improved environmental reporting.
