Wrote procedures and training material for the team. Created a variety of reports used to track KPIs and savings throughout the business. Performed bug fixes and assisted in support requests. Participated in a new project discovery which included part research, communicating with suppliers, and analysis to ensure the correct solution was found. Undertook individual discovery projects regarding the use of virtual reality and muscle wire.
