  I ensure vehicle components are available at our on-site distribution centre so they are able to be delivered to other dealerships and independent garages/bodyshops around the region. This involves proactively managing our suppliers located in the UK and Globally; communicating with and updating customers.I continually monitor and co-ordinate all stock levels, in excess of 12,000 lines, efficiently to maximise the space whilst ensuring all parts are available.Working with Excel & Autoline software, I produce and analyse a wide range of reports for sales and stock, keeping up to date with business performance. I also produce and organise marketing campaigns and promotions which are distributed to all of our customers throughout the North West and Midlands.I communicate with our customers both face-to-face and on the phone, and order any parts they will need for work to be carried out on their vehicle in our on-site workshop or throughout the local region.Successfully completed the 3 year Mercedes-Benz Apprentice programme with a 92% average in all assignments.In addition, I am responsible for clearing all of the accounts in the parts department and reconciling the incoming and outgoing account finances daily.
