      As an administrator in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, I pioneer course advancement and instruct students studying organic chemistry. This position has allowed me to enhance my passion for finding new and innovate ways to assess the depth of student understanding. I design creative, engaging, and rigorous new ways to fulfill course objectives by implementing my answer keys, problem sets, and assessments in the course curriculum. In leading a team of highly motivated undergraduate and graduate-level teaching assistants, I have been able to oversee the maintenance of academic excellence and laboratory safety at The Ohio State University and help our students develop the skills necessary to conquer this notoriously difficult class.I will be stepping down from this position in July 2024 to begin medical school.
