I served on the balanced scorecard team to define the departmental strategy, and manage several projects including security initiatives. I also managed vendor relationships, software licensing agreements and compliance. In 2013 I was promoted to the End User Compute & Support Manager. In this position I led a team of two help desk technicians, served as final escalations point for all incidents, and managed the budget for end client systems. During my time in this role I implemented MDT for operating system deployment. Help Desk Analyst position responsible for incident management and deployment of end user equipment.

Other projects included adding SCCM capability for internet based clients, evaluating Intune, Windows Update for Business, GPO review, and optimizing operating system deployment.
