I also managed vendor relationships, software licensing agreements and compliance. In 2013 I was promoted to the End User Compute & Support Manager. In this position I led a team of two help desk technicians, served as final escalations point for all incidents, and managed the budget for end client systems.   In my previous role at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, I was responsible for Active Directory, Exchange (hybrid), DNS, ADFS, Identity Management and O365/Azure. I also worked with the Security team to improve our security posture and respond to incidents.Projects included working to implement PingFed and PingID for identity management and MFA. migrating to Exchange Online, and on-boarding new business units. In my previous role at Cancer Treatment Centers of America I managed the transition from traditional to Modern Management. This included working to implement Windows as a Service while minimizing impact to the end clients. Other projects included adding SCCM capability for internet based clients, evaluating Intune, Windows Update for Business, GPO review, and optimizing operating system deployment.
