  IET Ireland Network Committee Member

  Member of the IET Ireland Network committee.I have held many roles on the committee and am currently responsible for organizing and hosting the Irish National Finals (and heats) of the "Present Around the World" competition. This allows young professionals (under 30) to pit their presentation skills against others in a bid to represent Ireland at the EMEA finals (and hopefully the world finals) each year.

  Head of Interconnection

  Head of Interconnection for EirGrid Group between the Irish power system and its neighbours. Responsible for operating the 500 MW HVDC East West Interconnector between Ireland and Wales. Also managing the development and operational readiness of future interconnectors on the island of Ireland, including the 700 MW HVDC Celtic Interconnector between Ireland and France.
