      • Analyzing, planning, scheduling, and co-coordinating multiple projects.• Provide IT training Sessions to the intramural/extramural administrative and scientific staff on NHLBI computer systems.• Solve approximately 15 different projects on a monthly basis.• Conduct analysis and comparison of the data from the reports by verifying each data element in the database table of the systems aforementioned.• Verifying and coordinating the results of the data verifications with the responsible administrative staff. • Provided administrative expertise in the implementation and Launch of the POTS and TFS applications. • Prepared User Training Manuals and knowledge docs for POTS, TFS, Edie, and SharePoint based applications.• Taught several classes of POTS and TFS application.• Solely responsible for enhancing User Manuals and conducting teaching classes on POTS and TFS upgrades.• Facilitate and conduct meetings with management and related NHLBI groups to inform on currents achievements and future tasks and goals.• Addressed, and adhered to 508 regulations protocol while implementing new systems.• Ensure the new system is complaint to the 508 regulations.• Provide prompt and continuous support on POTS and TFS for approximately 100 inquiries on monthly basis.• Work with the Administrative Officers and Administrative Technician to ensure they have accepted all pending FPSII records into TFS by COB Thursday of each week.• Run the Performance Goal Check report (for Govt/non Govt staff) by the 25th of each month to ensure there are no empty data fields for positions that have business process rule requirements for data. If data missing for those fields, work with AO to modify the individual record to ensure data is populated by the 25th of each month.• Match, by the 25th of each month, current FY Personnel ceilings for DIR, as determined by official report provided by Budget Analyst with slots currently in TFS to ensure they match.       • Serve as first level technical supervisor for the 5-member Information Services Branch team • Oversee the development of requirements, facilitate documentation of user stores, create project plans, and execute projects• Serve as the main point of contact for over 5 administrative systems configured and supported in house at OIM• Evaluate current, business, operational and technical processes, recommend and implement continuous process improvement efforts promoting automation and streamlining • Act as liaison on DIR Steering Committee to identify overall intramural IT issues, propose solutions, and make the servicing resources accountable• Serve as chair of NIH POTS User Committee to assure NHLBI’s business requirements are researched and implemented• Act as QlikView liason; represent NHLBI for the NIH• Act as nSight liason to the NHLBI committee• Oversee development and communication of tutorials and business processes for effective system usage and system upgrades for POTS, Edie, and SharePoint systems• Assist developers and system analysts when necessary to overcome development, configuration, and testing obstacles, lead in problem solving and solution implementation• Partner with Solution delivery and infrastructure services branch in ITAC and cross-institute IT organizations to deliver solutions that are tailored to OIM’s unique needs• Provide training and support to new ISB staff on the operational support of administrative systems maintained and/or supported by ISB• Track and report metrics on the operational support requests to ensure requests are completed within established SLAs Show less
