  Actuation: Initially within Soplast, I was acting as a product trainee, working on product tests and drawings in Auto CAD of product and small devices for testing. Later I started acting in the field of Processes Engineering of blowing and injection of plastics. Since Soplast with the change of engineering to the Unitécnica I have been carrying out the activities below:-Accompaniment of the APQP working with the receipt control plan documentation, PFMEA (Process FMEA), worksheets as well as the training of the operators-Lay-out analysis, along with the chronoanalysis, applying TOC to perform the OEE study.-Elaboration and registration of product structure in ERP-Application of quality tools such as capacity analysis,-Analysis of process devices after construction to verify quality, productivity and safety requirements (NR-12) at the time of follow-up and try-out analysisAccomplishments: Initially at Soplast as trainee, as analyst and engineer initially responsible for the process of the Soplast plant and then for the implementation of the process in the other 5 plants of the group. I worked with the team for approval of the APQPs of the Go (VW), Suran Argentina (VW), VIVA Argentina (GM), Fox / AB9 / NF Euro V (VW), Cobalt, Spin, Onix, Nova Montana, New Civic, Fit TR4. All with gains in production time and quality improvements and scrap reduction, the largest reduction in line cycle was 50% and the largest reduction in the scrap rate was 10%. Show less
