  As an Assistant Project Lead in the Credit Card Recovery Strategy department, I play a vital role in driving key initiatives to optimize recovery operations. My focus is on the successful implementation of the 'VYMO' Application for recovery processes across multiple products, including Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), Commercial Vehicles and Construction Equipment Loans (CVCE), Small Enterprise Loans (SEL), and Secured Business Loans (SBAL).Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and executing projects by coordinating tasks, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring smooth project progress.2. Business Requirement Alignment: Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to document needs and validate alignment with application capabilities.3. Issue Management: Raise, track, and review JIRA tickets, ensuring timely resolution through close collaboration with the Vymo vendor team.4. Communication and Liaison: Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (IT, business, and recovery) and external stakeholders (Vymo vendor) to align goals and resolve challenges.5. Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for recovery stakeholders to ensure effective application use and alignment with recovery objectives.6. Meetings and Reporting: Prepare for and follow up on meetings, provide progress reports, and present project updates to stakeholders.7.
