      Excelled as the senior enlisted maintainer responsible for sortie generation, maintenance and sustainment of sixty-four aircraft, including C-130s, F-1 SEs, F- I 6s, HH-60s, KC-135s and MQ-9s across three operating locations that successfully executed 5,961 Air Tasking Orders. His exceptional leadership deterred, denied, and defeated regional aggressors with the employment of 285,910 pounds of munitions, eliminating 138 enemy combatants and four Islamic State of Iraq and Syria high-value targets. Moreover, Chief Fox paved the way for the Command's A-staff construct by developing the new organizational structure, authorities, instructions and policies. His unwavering leadership secured the uninterrupted sortie coverage during the aviation swap-out of 640 personnel and eighteen F-16s to twelve F-15s, while simultaneously deactivating the 332d Expeditionary Maintenance Group. Finally, he overcame supply and airlift shortfalls through the utilization or organic assets and dedicated sustainment lines to ensure mission success and the timely return or off-station aircraft. Under his direction. the team successfully completed thirty-eight forward deployed ·Agile Combat Employment exercises and partner nation integration engagements that directly contributed to the Wing earning the Meritorious Unit Award.
