She processed all Licensed Foster Home monthly reimbursement payments for all homes with a placement. She developed the monthly Foster Parent and Training Newsletters. She oversaw all registration for agency training programs targeted for Foster Homes. She managed approvals and re-approvals for agency payment for the Foster Care Program. She carried a caseload of 30 Licensed Foster Family Homes and completed routine monitoring visits as well as renewed the home when their license is due for renewal. Also, she certified all Foster Parents in the Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED initial certification and re-certification. Show less
