      Speaker at The Minds Conference Mentoring Autistic Minds Feb 2024 At The Minds Conference I presented “Exopology: Autistic Perspective as Natural Anthropologists,” a seminar exploring the unique lens through which autistic people view the world. Autistic people have a culture. We have a shared language, understanding of symbols, and behaviors. Providing my ethnography of allistic culture, I elaborated on how people often don’t say what they mean, don’t mean what they say, and participate in perfunctory rituals, challenging the audience to reconsider the pathologizing of certain behaviors and truly diagnose what is disorder vs. diversity.
