The only negative about joining Microsoft as a full time employee is losing the MVP award as Microsoft employees can't be MVPs. It was a great 5 year run. I met lots of smart people, made a lot of friends/connections, and enjoyed every MVP summit in Redmond. One of the most rewarding experiences of my career.Thanks to everyone associated with the MVP program, it is a first class operation all the way!
