  Support for the implementation of Mosaic Fertilizantes' new communication model in 2020, which led to the creation of the Center of Excellence and Business Partners structures. At the same time, performance and leadership of internal communication actions during the pandemic, which ranged from the creation of a communication format for impacted employees, health and safety premises for operational units, guidelines for the internal public, special campaigns and preparation for back to the office.
