  Sales Associate

  As a sales associate I greeted customers upon arrival and performed sales duties during a 20 hour per week shift. I executed both opening and closing procedures during my time at Panera Bread, and coordinated with team members on a variety of tasks to ensure the best customer service for the store's patrons. These tasks included but were not limited to: regular cleaning of dining and restroom areas, working the bakery and cash register, and preparing food.

  Laboratory Technician

  I prepared Agar plates, PBS, and stock solutions weekly for lab use, and was responsible for maintaining the lab's sterile work environment by cleaning glassware and lab equipment. I further contributed to lab research by dissected 3rd instar fruit fly larvae in order to prepare them for imaging.

  Shadow Experience

  I shadowed Dr. Riesa Burnett, M.D. for a total of 48 hours. Through this experience I observed a wide range cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures, including a mastectomy, fat transfer surgery, breast reduction and breast implant correction surgery. I also had the pleasure to shadow Dr. Burnett during part of her ICU shift.

  Shadow Experience

  I shadowed Dr. Tanya Fields, M.D., a general radiology practitioner. I shadowed under her for a total of 41 hours. Throughout this experience I observed chemotherapy via lumbar puncture, removal of a regulator and a pediatrics reflux test alongside the daily routine of Dr. Fields. I also attended a radiology panel dedicated to breast cancer diagnosis and treatment at Northside Hospital.

  Research Assistant

  I had the pleasure of performing clot research with the Bader lab after completing my summer research fellowship with them. My main task was to perform data analysis on clot data to determine the accuracy of a Matlab algorithm designed to identify clot phantoms from different imaging modalities, including B-Mode Ultrasound and T2 imaging modalities. I also was responsible for evaluating MRI QSM clot data with Matlab to find relationships between QSM values and clot components.

  I design marketing and merchandise for collegiate programs and events. This includes designing posters, announcements, user experience, face masks and emails. I continuously collaborate with our CLI team to improve social media marketing engagement for CLI related events, and create weekly Instagram story tips to support recognized student organizations.

  I design animated graphics using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects to promote brand products on their Instagram.
