  Process Optimization by applying Time & Motion Study to eliminate idle and lost time:During this winter internship I develop various skills and used many Industrial Engineering tools such as; 5S, Visual Management, Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing) and Time and Motion Study. With the help of these tools I performed Line Balancing, Capacity Planning and calculated Standard Minute Value (SMV) of the Production Lines.• Conducted Time Study of different lines in Stitching, Washing and Finishing Department.• Calculated Standard Minute Value (SMV) of various processes and learn Line Balancing.• Quantified the Lost Time and Changeover time of the Lines.• Proposed a standardized chart for managing the processes to eliminates 2 hours of workers’ idle time.
