  Sr Hj Ishak Ismail is the Founder of IM Global Property Consultants sdn bhd, IZ Teraju Holdings sdn bhd and IMG Academy Sdn Bhd specializing in property & facility management, real estate agency and valuation of real estate, plant&machinery as well as business valuation. He is actively serve as Board Member of LPPEH, President of Muslim Real Estate Negotiators (PEHAM), Exco of Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM), Exco of Private Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in Private Practice (PEPS) and Exco of Business Valuers Association Malaysia(BVAM). He is a current member of RISM,RICS,IACVA, MPIEAC and MIEA. He is also actively invited as speakers and panels for PUNB, INSPEN,NAPREC,UTHM, DBKL and Industrial Advisor for UTM.
