  Working as a senior project manager across all commercial teams at Cleveland Clinic London, including Global Patient Services, Business Development, Payer Contracting, Embassy and Strategy. Managing a large programme of projects within these areas as we prepare for the opening of a 186 bed hospital, a large ICU and two outpatients centers in Central London. Projects range from establishing operational processes between Cleveland Clinic Global Sites. Including global change management of operational and technological changes, navigating compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and successful dealings with the UAE Department of Health. To establishing, implementing and embedding an interpretation and translation service within the business and assisting with establishing a organizational community and sustainability strategy.Other projects within my programme include the setting up and running of regulatory committees, process efficiencies, building of internal commutations sites, Salesforce, Access to Care and supporting the organisation through ISO 14001, 5001, ESOS and SECR. Working across the hospital, collaborating with all departments within the organization ; including Clinicians, Contact Centers, IT, Environmental Services, Facilities and back office staff.
