  I am in charge of the whole business development. Which means: - I create and develop a customer portfolio, I set advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok to get qualified prospects and I reach out to them to do the closing. - I analyse customers needs in order to develop relevant offers for their events. I also grow our presence on social media by answering their questions, editing and posting content every week. As a result we now have more than 1100 followers on instagram and more than 10.2k on TikTok.- I also do training and supervision of my teams to give them the tools to do a nice job when the are at clients events.
