  ERGO owner Mike Creamer has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. Before opening his own business in 2000 Mike gained valuable experience working as a trainer and manager for Plus One Fitness, New York's "original" personal training gym with an A-list celebrity clientele. Mike worked at both the Soho location (now an Equinox) and the World Financial Center. Before moving to the U.S. from Ireland Mike managed a gym in Dublin where he trained many actors and artists including members of U2. Mike represented Ireland at the 1985 World Jnr. Powerlifting Championships. He still competes but now in the sport of indoor rowing. He is also an avid cyclist. Show less
