      ✅ As a social media manager, I take care of the daily organic posts on the social media channels that Bolero uses (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instragram and Youtube). Based on the Stock market content of the day, I provide fresh copy, the right image, the cutting-edge gif/video,... to distribute the content in the relevant social media channels. For this I work closely with the content manager, the analyst team,...✅ I have a heart for the client and take care of the daily conversation management on the various social media channels.✅ If the stock market content is very important in order to get a paid 'push in the right direction', I proactively grab it. I take care of the necessary SEA, sponsored Facebook or Twitter post,... in order to give our content even more social reach and to contribute to our content marketing objectives. ✅ I help to set out the lines during the daily editorial meeting for content planning and come up with fresh ideas for involving our social media community even more, inspiring,... I help to think about the translation of campaigns and actions on the social media.✅ I further develop the social media strategy (how social media contributes to business strategy, the channels, KPI's) and keep a close eye on the results. During the start-up of Leuven Mindgate, I helped to bring the content together and to allow it to flow through to social media. This to put Leuven Mindgate and all its stakeholders on the map with their own strengths and to support the goals of the organisation. We did this by a specific social media strategy. In addition, they also looked at how social media could be used to look for synergy between all the partners. Finally, by means of ambassadorship, we brought to the surface the pride about the unique opportunity in the region to be more visible.       As Allianz Benelux's social media specialist I promote the Allianz brand and actively search for attractive content to reach our target groups. I am responsible for the roll out and implementation of a social media strategy. I monitor these channels and look for opportunities for our content.I actively post content on our SoMe channels, both organic and paid with a client focused planning. In Belgium we target BtoC customers and BtoB in the Netherlands (mainly focuses on ZZP (self-employed) & MKB ( SME's).I’m responsible for rolling out social media campaignsI also provide strategic advice on the use of the Social Media channels in the area of Branding, commercial actions and sponsoring (RSCA Anderlecht).In the strategic advice section I also gave an extensive and practical Linkedin training to our 100 sales and marketing colleagues from the Benelux. I help them to use this social media channels as a tool in the sales funnel. Because by using all the digital tools we have today, sales and marketing teams will generate more qualified leads. With the right digital sales skills, these leads can be converted into new business relationships and additional revenue.On this moment I am focust on an employee advocacy project and trying to convince colleagues of Allianz ambassador.
