      Award winning top sales success in directing 6 call centers for 2 individual vendor operations for outbound telemarketing for MCI/WorldCom. Directed all aspects of call center operations to increase long distance account sales for MCI/WorldCom including ramp up of new call centers, budget/expense management, both agent and management level training, marketing, data delivery/strategy, and day to day operations of up to 5 separate campaigns. In charge of MCI/WorldCom operations of 4 inbound call centers in Pennsylvania/Ohio and 2 call centers in British Columbia, Canada. Directed MCI/WorldCom’s vendor operations to become the most profitable division of call center services. Also managed all operations of foreign language campaigns including Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, Hindu, and Cantonese languages. Directed all aspects of Customer Service call routing, handling, quality, and tracking for MCIWorldCom. Managed outbound campaigns of both English and Hispanic call types, including all staffing, management selection, and training. Led centers to highest national quality awards in 2002. Assisted in ramp-up of a Client Logic call center in Clovis, NM, as well as managed locations in Utica, NY and Corpus Christi, TX. Show less

Specific design of marketing campaigns for several large companies, public relations w/ City Government, and direct sales to businesses thru-out SW Missouri.
