To ensure the smooth running of the arcade in the evenings and ensure and faulty machines where repaired or the area manager was notified of the faulty machine. To check stock levels and report and shortages so an order could be placed. Replenish stock on the shelves.

  My responsibilities included ensuring the machines where kept operational and stocked up. I would liase with a sub contractor to get to come in to do any repairs I could not do myself. Money collections on the parks for the Arcades and ensuring the meter readings were taken and entered in the collection books. Reporting any problems on the parks to the Arcades Operations Manager. Training new employees for the arcades how to do their jobs and how to do simple procedures to keep the machines running. Ordering stock when and as required for the parks and ensuring it was distributed to the relevant parks. Change machines top ups on the park where I was based.   My responsibilities are to ensure and new jobs that come into the Heating Department are checked by the Heating Supervisor to see if a technical visit is required before installation. Book the technical visits on the Google Calendar with the customers. The installation is then booked with the customer and I ensure all the paperwork is the work pack for the fitters and if a payment is required enclose payments sheets. Ensure that any callouts for remedial work is fitted in on the work schedule as soon as possible. I have also Worked as the Insulation Administrator but moved to the new position when it was offered to me to set up the Heating Department. Show less
