  During my year abroad placement, I worked in the Study Abroad Centre at Iowa State University (ISU). My role included the promotion of study abroad to ISU students, through study abroad fairs, lecture presentations and face-to-face appointments with prospective students. I also helped to retain the link between ISU and UK Universities.
