Responsible for all aspects of Operational risk management, Internal Control activities and Compliance with various AML/CTF laws and regulatory requirements. Leading a professional team consisting of Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk & Finance professionals located globally including the global testing/business self testing centre located in India. Successfully led key compliance projects globally/regionally/locally for the Volcker, Dodd Frank & Bank Holding Company regulations, MAS in Singapore and the AML/CTF changes in Australia and NZ which ensured the business to be in full compliance with all of the critical regulatory changes.
