He has a holistic experience in the educational and therapeutic field and in coaching and counseling, covering a span of about thirty years. His experiential base comes from many different schools of thought, such as NeuroLinguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Montessori, Steiner, Moreno's psychodrama, Gestalt, Feldenkrais, music therapy, etc.He has focused, in the last 25 years, mainly on the study and on research in the field of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP).He has also specialized in Ericksonian and post Ericksonian Hypnosis with some of the world's leading experts in the field. He uses hypnosis both in his therapeutic profession (life coaching) and as a means of reinforcing any training and coaching activities.His personal mission is to assist people to be more in touch with their deepest resources, for the benefit of their own development and participation in the larger system.Inspiring and charismatic what he expresses as a trainer and mentor is consistent with his own personal and professional life. His profound availability and attention towards others are offered in a setting of authentic joy.His coaching activity is inspired by the well-known "Hero's Journey" (Jung and Campbell), defined as the attainment of a goal to the benefit not only of the individual but also of the community (organization, company, family, etc. ). The coach is the one who provides such support to the coachee so as to evoke wisdom and "magical" power to for his self-improvement.To this end, he incorporates the tools of NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis in an authentic and experiential frame.
