  • Project manager for the refurbishment and re-installation of the Royal Festival Hall organ, ensuring the many aspects of this complex project were delivered on time and on budget. Responsible for managing the £2.5m budget; quarterly financial reporting to Heritage Lottery Fund; operational logistics with regards to the physical installation of the organ on site and liaison with the organ builders based in Durham.• Project management across all areas of the fundraising team, including individual giving, trusts and foundations, statuary funding and corporate development to ensure ongoing income generation and the meeting of fundraising targets. • Overview of £5m department budget; yearly budget setting and re-forecasting; 25 year budget projections; responsible for monthly management accounts and year end accruals and deferrals.• Working alongside department Director, monitoring department KPIs ensuring the department was on track and in line with department and organisation strategy and objectives.• Managed high level reputational events, such as Hayward Gallery private views and launches for festivals; co-ordination across the organisation of invites, logistics of the event with Events team, writing speeches for Chief Executive and Artistic Director.• Line management duties included recruitment and inductions, probation reviews, yearly appraisals and managing the recruitment process and workload for all interns and work placements within the team. • Production of crediting guidelines for third parties and their funders and ensuring they were complied with across the organisation; main point of contact for external parties regarding crediting on site; liaison with Marketing department on all aspects of print.
