  At Vivint Smart home I was in charge of monitoring each alarm that went off. I had to secure and take action in making sure each person with whom I came in contact with was safe. We also deal with making sure the costumers were constantly happy and content with Vivint's system. We would go above and beyond to promote their happiness with our system. Communication was key to promoting their happiness and safety.

  Office Associate

  I was an office associate/receptionist at Kiln. Kiln provides office space for growing tech companies. There I made sure the members felt comfortable and welcomed at Kiln. I helped the members gain access to their new work spaces as well as organize their mail and packages. I also helped them with their software when they had problems and helped schedule meetings and book rooms for offsite companies.
