  Selected from a pool of over 700 applicants, I was 1 of the 30 successful candidates who was fortunate to be extended a whirlwind experience that truly threw us into the deep end of the consulting journey using a realistic case study, where my group was fortunate to be awarded 1st prize in our solution presentation. Throughout the bootcamp, I was challenged to tackle a complex, real-world business problem. The hands-on experience, combined with guidance from seasoned McKinsey professionals, was an incredible learning opportunity.   CFA Research Challenge Winner

  I was selected as one of five members, top of our class, to participate in the annual CFA Research Challenge for the UCT team. We were tasked to value and write a research report on Netcare. Our investment report made it to the finals where we presented our recommendations to a panel of CFA society members in Johannesburg, and ultimately won. My team and I now represent South Africa in the sub-regional finals to compete to become global champions.
