Primary focus is Tenant satisfaction while maximizing revenues and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing the annual budget, coordinating tenant service requests, administering service contracts, performing property inspections, reviewing, coding and approving invoices, completing monthly ownership reports, reviewing income and expense reports for accuracy and reviewing rent roll.
