  As Director of Legal Strategy and Operations and Associate General Counsel, I partner with our Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and other senior leaders across Legal and Compliance to develop and execute the strategic vision of our Legal and Compliance Divisions. In my capacity as Associate General Counsel, I also provide ongoing legal support to our attorneys and business partners.With a team of 150+ legal professionals, our Legal Strategy and Operations function serves as the central strategic hub within our division. We have matrixed leadership across the division's governance teams, functional areas, and committees, ensuring that our short- and long-term goals and objectives are achieved. Our work is centered around seven key capabilities: (1) strategic planning; (2) financial planning; (3) headcount planning; (4) technology strategy, enablement, and adoption; (5) outside counsel strategy and management; (6) reporting and analytics; and (7) division communications, culture, and talent strategy.Our Legal Strategy and Operations team also partners closely with Compliance leadership to ensure consistency, transparency, efficiency, and strategic thought across and our 900+ legal and compliance professionals.
