      ◦ Responsible for the generation of campaign lists for O2’s call centre on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Involvement in the design and implementation of these campaigns to increase Customer Retention and Cross Sell. Ongoing liaisons with the Team Leaders to gain feedback in order to continually improve our suite of campaigns. ◦ On a weekly basis I was responsible for the compilation of Churn figures which were distributed throughout the company up to and including CEO level.
