  Rebuilding Together Fox Valley is a non-profit organization that assists lower income seniors, veterans, and disabled homeowners with the maintenance necessary to stay safe, warm and independent in their own homes. My role at RTFV spans from administrative work to assessing, coordinating, and managing volunteers/employees. I handle the entire application process from beginning to end for each homeowner applicant and volunteer including; conducting appropriate background checks, scheduling assessments and prioritizing needs based on available funding.
