  Responsible for overall product quality and satisfactory delivery by developing and managing analysis, inspection, design, test, and integration benchmarks. Tasked to develop and oversee company quality control policy and methods including standards, inspections, testing, and evaluation. Provide requested quality-related data for new project bids. Oversee new-hire QC training and testing to help ensure work product meets quality standards. Work alongside Engineering Department personnel to verify product design meets applicable code requirements (i.e., API & ASME). Perform engineering quality reviews of documentation for compliance with written requirements before project kick-off and at pre-determined hold points, including vendor manuals and company records. Arrange any requested 3rd-party NDE (i.e., X-Ray, UTSW, Vacuum Box, etc.). Accountable for QC records management including interim and final inspections reports.
