  Core member of the Workload Estimator (WLE) development team. The first team ever within IBM STG Worldwide to have completely transitioned from US Ownership to 100% India Ownership. We oversaw the entire transition and helped to make it seamless. My responsibilities include:● Managed and led funding relations with three internal stakeholders worth $55,000.● Transitioned the project from a Raleigh based project to an offshore based one creating a surplus of $20,000 – thereby, transitioning to the role of global liaison for the product● Coordinated and managed 14 National stakeholders for their need assessment and implementation design.● Led the overhaul of the legacy frame-work to a RESTframework.The technical responsibilities include -1. Design and maintenance of the Workload Estimator Tool - MVC Architecture with Dojo as UI enchancer.2. POC and overhaul of legacy code to revamp into a web services model - REST.3. POC and introduction of test-framework to increase robust of the product - Selenium for UI and JUnit for Engine test.4. Programming new features based on the requests by our stakeholders.5. Optimizing WLE's performance.6. Maintaining the head and stream of the codebase before, during and after each release.7.
