Realización de estudios de tránsito y transporte, cumpliendo los lineamientos de planeación, con suficiencia, eficiencia y eficacia para brindar apoyo a las decisiones de los respectivos entes de tránsito. Lo anterior para asegurar la movilidad como inductora de desarrollo social, económico y urbano de la ciudad.
