  Main tasks: Production Planning, Scheduling and Reporting, Project management, P&L budget, Continuous Improvement.Reporting to the Site Manager, I was responsible for the production of a 24/7 plant leading a team of 34 people.I planned production campaigns of all 4 departments in order to satisfy customer orders, scheduled weekly operations with stops for maintenance and reported monthly results, checking the adherence to the plan.I was responsible for products quality to comply with the specifications and I interacted with Customer Service and Sales Managers in case of customer claims.Every year the Site Manager asked me to implement 2 projects for Continuous Improvement and to reduce the energy consumption by 2% collaborating with the Energy Manager.I worked as a Project Manager to implement Continuous Improvement ideas. I defined the budget with the Site Manager, I asked for offers to the suppliers with the Purchasing Manager, I planned operations and materials availability, I provided technical support, I optimized and tested the new plant and I monitored KPIs and payback time.I was accountable for ensuring health and safety, environment and quality standards following the UNI ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001, in particular controlling the emissions of 2 steam generators and a cogenerator.
